English Yew from Cirencester - saved from landfill after felling by council.
Danish Oil and wax finish.

Using waney edge boards (where the natural wavey edge of the tree is left on) this coffe table exhibits the beautiful characteristics of Yew. The heart wood is of light orange-red brown with occasional purple flames and the sapwood is cream-white. The Lakeland Green Slate comes from a mine above the top of Coniston in the Lake District.

Designed and handmade to order in selected timbers and sizes.
Each bed is specific to the client's requirements and is delivered and
assembled free within 40 miles of Bristol. Delivery outside this area
is charged.
