This 5m x 2.5m office was built to the very highest envrionmental and sustainability standards using locally sourced Larch and reclaimed materials.

The building is highly insulated resulting in vexceptionally low u-values and running costs.

The windows and doors (including glass) are reclaimed and were sourced and designed in before construction.

Total finished cost, including services (electrics and plastering) was £7500, which proves that it doesn't have to cost the earth to be environmentally responsible.
