Using a horse drawn backn basher to control braken and other invasive species is both effective and environmentally responsible. No chemicals are used and the horse is kinder to the flora and fauna than a motorised vehicle.
The bracken basher is dragged across the bracken during its growth period, crimping the plant and starving it of nutrients, thus restricting regrowth in the following year.
This service is available throughout Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset and Gloucestershire. We can arrange to stay on site for jobs that will take longer than a single day.
