This beautiful ancient woodland, now a Nature Reserve under the management of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is carefully and sustainably managed to produce coppice rods and poles (standing or cut) - hazel, ash, blackthorn, oak;
Pea & bean sticks;
Stakes & heatherings for hedge-laying;
Green Timber - Western Red Cedar, Spruce, Poplar, Ash & Oak

Courses are also run at the reserve and workdays are staged throughout the year, enabling you to learn new skills and contribute to the prosperity of this stunning reserve.
